Window film customer service · warranty, repairs & add-on work

We installed it. We stand behind it.

Broken glass on a filmed window, a question about your warranty, more film for a new wing, or a maintenance visit — tell us here and a real person replies within one business day. Give us the room number here, and reply to our confirmation email with a photo of the window: every opening Epic has worked on is in our catalog with its measurements and film code, so we can usually cut the replacement before we arrive. Emergencies: call 866.EPIC.117.

Why a photo is enough

Every window has a record — and initials on every step.

Each Certified Installation Specialist logs every window in Epic’s app and initials each step — cleaning, gasket out, wedges, film, solvent wipe, tape, the structural bead, cleanup. Every building we have worked on is cataloged by room and opening with its measurements and film code, so a repair starts with a photo and a room number, not a re-survey. With your permission, a one-inch Epic tag in the corner tells whoever runs the building next who to call. How the record works →

Service request

Building address

Where the window is. It lets us pull the opening from our catalog before we call.

What to expect

  • Reply within one business day
  • Photos help — reply to our confirmation email with one of the window
  • Warranty work is scheduled by an Epic-certified crew, never a subcontractor
  • Film maintenance agreements available for districts and portfolios

Care and cleaning instructions

Wait 30 days after install before cleaning. Soft cloth or squeegee with glass cleaner, diluted rubbing alcohol or mild soap and water. No abrasives, no razor blades, and no tape, stickers or hooks on the film.

Warranty terms

3M warrants the film: a limited lifetime warranty on a residence; 10 to 15 years on commercial interior films, shorter on exterior and sloped glass — see the warranty page, with glass-breakage and seal-failure coverage behind it. Epic registers every installation with 3M within 30 days and keeps the certificate on file.
