Ultra Prestige puts 3M’s non-metallized Prestige solar technology on top of a micro-layered safety film. The result rejects heat and 99% of UV without a mirror and without interfering with phones or radios, and holds broken glass together if the pane fails. It is the film for occupied buildings that need both problems solved in one visit.

Epic installs Ultra Prestige on the room side of the glass, precision-cut to each opening and installed by Epic-employed Certified Installation Specialists. Where glass retention is part of the scope, the perimeter is anchored to the frame with a structural silicone attachment; where solar control is the purpose, it is installed as a solar film with the same crews and the same warranty.

3M Scotchshield safety and security films. The security films (3M S2400, Ultra S800, S140 and the Ultra solar-safety films) are installed with the Epic Method attachment; the S40, S70 and S80 safety films are bonded to the glass for breakage and human-impact protection. Clear films leave the glass looking unchanged; the Ultra films add Prestige or Night Vision sun control to the same layer. Eleven films.
