What we collect

When you submit a form or download a document, we collect the information you enter (name, email, phone, organization, message), the page you were on, the page your visit started on and the name of the site that sent you (for example a search engine or LinkedIn). If you followed a link in one of our posts, emails or offers in the last 30 days, the form also tells us which one (the link’s campaign tag, for example “LinkedIn, Monday post”). With your consent we use web analytics to understand which pages are useful (see Cookies below).

How we use it

To respond to your request, to send the document you asked for, and — unless you unsubscribe — to send occasional educational content about window film, security, and Epic news. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. We do not sell or rent your information.

Who processes it

Form and email data is stored in our customer relationship system (GoHighLevel/LeadConnector). Videos are served by YouTube; playing one is subject to Google’s privacy policy.

Cookies

Essential: a small amount of browser storage remembers choices you make on the site (for example which visualizer scenes you picked, and whether you have answered the cookie banner). These are required for the site to work and are not used to identify you.

Where you came from: browser storage also holds the campaign tag of the last link of ours you followed to the site (kept for 30 days) and where your current visit started (kept until you close the tab), so a request you send tells us which post or site brought you here. Neither leaves your browser unless you submit a form. Clearing your browser’s site data removes both.

Downloads: after you download a document, this browser remembers your name, email and organization so the next download takes one click. Choose “Not you?” on any download form to clear it.

Analytics (optional): only if you click “Accept analytics” do we load Google Analytics, with IP anonymization, to see which pages are useful. Declining keeps analytics off; nothing else changes. You can change your choice any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Advertising: none. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Embedded video: YouTube players load only when you press play and use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode; playing a video is subject to Google’s privacy policy.
